Alright….I tried to post last week, but for some reason it deleted it, and I was just too lazy to retype the whole thing. Today while I have time, I decided it’s time to update my blog again!
So far I have been doing pretty good with getting my cardio in. I have been riding at least 15 miles on a bike every time I go to the gym. I haven’t yet noticed a difference in my weight, but I sure have noticed a difference in how I feel! I haven’t been able to do much with toning my muslces, because unfortunately, I chose this time to start going to a chiropractor. Well every time I go, she says not to lift anything and I have been super sore. Hopefully either the soreness will subside shortly, or I will not be going to see her anymore….
The coolest thing I have to report right now, is that I have been going to the gym and enjoying it, despite the busy schedule that always wants to get in the way!
